Taking your Driving Test in Northampton; Driving Test Centres and Routes

When undertaking your driving test at the Northampton Driving Test Centre various routes maybe used by your examiner, taking into account varying road conditions. Your A-Drive instructor will have discussed your choice of test centre with you, and will be aware of the varying road conditions you are likely to encounter and concentrated on these when conducting your driving lessons.

At A-Drive we recommend as much driving practise as possible to supplement those lessons being received. For those able to undertake additional driving lessons at home, we advise being familier with the routes used by the Driving Test Examiners and the latest available routes from the Northampton Test Centre are available for download from our library.

The Theory driving test for Northamptonshire are now all undertaken at the Northampton DSA test centre.
Practical Driving Tests can be booked at either the Northampton DSA test centre or the Kettering DSA test centre.
